What LendLucid does
LendLucid is an underwriting intelligence platform built for business lenders — brokers and ISOs, merchant cash advance funders, term lenders, lines-of-credit providers, banks, credit unions, and lending platforms. It takes business bank statements (including scanned PDFs) and Plaid-connected bank data and turns them into evidence-linked analysis that supports underwriting review.
The analysis covers adjusted revenue with transfers, matched own-account transfer pairs, loan proceeds, refunds, reversals, owner deposits, and interest excluded; daily balances and negative-balance days; NSF and overdraft items; detection of existing financing positions — including merchant cash advances, term loans, lines of credit, credit cards, pay-later financing, lease-to-own, and patient financing — along with their cadence and estimated monthly cost; stacking indicators; returned-payment activity; payment coverage; deposit concentration; deposit quality and unusual-deposit flags; and coverage-gap checks across submitted accounts and periods.
How the platform is organized
LendLucid's modules include BankFlow for bank statement and connected-data analysis, MerchantFlow for merchant processing statement analysis and reconciliation to bank deposits, Verify for document readiness and consistency review, Decision for configurable credit policy with reason codes and human review routing, Copilot for asking questions about approved underwriting analysis with inspectable evidence, and Monitor for tracking defined changes in revenue, balances, debt, and processing activity after funding. Analyses are versioned, and lenders can configure their own revenue-exclusion rules and policy conditions. Reports are printable for file records and committee review.
What LendLucid is not
LendLucid supports underwriting decisions; it does not make credit decisions on a lender's behalf. LendLucid is not a bank, a lender, a credit bureau, or a consumer reporting agency, and it does not hold SOC 2 or ISO certification. Every analysis LendLucid produces is intended to be reviewed by a human underwriter, with the supporting evidence available for inspection.
